Yecho User Agreement
Version: 1.1 Effective date: August 28, 2026
Welcome to Yecho. This Agreement describes the rights, responsibilities, and limitations between you and the operator, Chentao Fan, regarding your use of Yecho. By using Yecho, you acknowledge and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features.
1. Service Features
Yecho provides personal notes, voice capture, to-dos, reminders, review, Apple Calendar sync, an Apple Watch companion, iCloud sync, and connections to AI providers that you configure. Specific features vary by version, system capabilities, device permissions, membership status, and your own configuration.
2. On-Device by Default and Your Responsibilities
Yecho stores your records on your device by default. You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate to store on your device, sync between your devices through Apple services, send to our feedback service, or send to a third-party AI provider that you configure. Do not enter or submit passwords, keys, identification documents, payment-card details, health records, or other highly sensitive information in an untrusted environment.
You are responsible for protecting the security of your device, Apple ID, iCloud, third-party AI Key, and related accounts.
3. Permissions and External Services
Some Yecho features depend on Apple or third-party services:
- Voice capture and transcription depend on the microphone and Apple Speech Recognition;
- Standard reminders and alarm-style reminders depend on system notifications and AlarmKit;
- Calendar sync depends on Apple Calendar permission;
- iCloud sync depends on Apple CloudKit and your Apple ID;
- Membership purchases, subscriptions, restoration, and refunds are handled by Apple StoreKit;
- Bring-your-own-AI connections depend on the provider, API Key, model, and network conditions that you choose;
- The Apple Watch companion depends on a paired iPhone, WatchConnectivity, and device connectivity. The iPhone is the writer of the primary data.
The relevant providers control these external services. Yecho does not guarantee their continued availability and does not replace their terms, privacy policies, pricing rules, or data-processing commitments.
4. Accuracy of AI and Reminders
Yecho's parsing, summarization, classification, time recognition, and reminder scheduling may be inaccurate. Content generated by AI or on-device rules is provided only to help you organize information and is not legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. For important matters, you should independently verify the time, content, and outcome.
5. Membership and Payment
Yecho Pro currently includes three entitlements: bring-your-own-AI-provider connections, iCloud sync, and custom Lock Screen styles. Available products include an annual subscription and a one-time purchase. Actual prices, trials, taxes, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the Apple purchase screen and App Store rules.
The annual subscription automatically renews for the period displayed by Apple unless you cancel as required by Apple before the end of the current period. While the annual subscription is active, you may also purchase the one-time option; that purchase does not automatically cancel the annual subscription. After the purchase, if you do not want the annual subscription to keep renewing, review it and turn off auto-renewal in Apple’s Manage Subscriptions. A one-time-purchase entitlement applies to a valid transaction confirmed by Apple under the same Apple ID. If an Apple transaction has an abnormal status, is refunded or revoked, or fails verification, Yecho may stop providing the corresponding membership entitlement.
6. Feedback and Support
You may submit feedback in the app or email xxxkkk0101@foxmail.com. Feedback text, optional contact information, system and app metadata, optional diagnostics, and optional image attachments are used to investigate issues and respond to you. The current client does not provide a verified server-side automatic-deletion API. To request handling of submitted feedback, contact us by email.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use Yecho or its feedback service to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, harassing, or clearly inappropriate content;
- Attempt to bypass membership, transaction verification, system permissions, or security restrictions;
- Abuse, attack, scrape, or interfere with service endpoints;
- Use Yecho for automated decisions that could create risks to personal safety, property, or substantial rights without human confirmation.
8. Intellectual Property
Yecho's software, interface, copy, icons, branding, and related materials belong to the operator or the applicable rights holder. You retain rights in content that you enter, but grant us permission to process that content only to the extent needed to provide feedback support, troubleshoot issues, and perform features at your direction.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Yecho is provided as is. We work to maintain stable features, but do not guarantee that Yecho will be free from errors, interruptions, data loss, recognition errors, reminder failures, or external-service failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, loss of expected benefits, business interruption, or loss caused by your reliance on content that you did not independently verify.
10. Changes and Termination
We may change features, prices, membership entitlements, or this Agreement as the product evolves or as required by law or operations. Material changes will be disclosed in an appropriate place. You may stop using Yecho at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your App Store account.
