• The app version, operating system version, and device type (iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch).
• Whether you use iCloud, Calendar sync, Apple Watch, BYOK AI, or ringing reminders.
• Include a screenshot when useful, but never send passwords, API keys, identity documents, payment-card details, health records, or other highly sensitive information.
