These terms are written as app-facing supplemental terms. Unless a custom EULA is separately entered in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to App Store downloads.

TTDeck is a read-only iPhone app for viewing vehicle status, charging, safety, trips, route maps, telemetry, and trends from a Companion Server configured by you. The app is designed for monitoring only. It does not lock, unlock, honk, start climate, start driving, change charging, or otherwise control a vehicle.
TTDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, TeslaMate, Apple, or any hosting or network provider. TTDeck is not a replacement for the official Tesla app, TeslaMate, vehicle instruments, owner manuals, maintenance guidance, emergency services, or direct inspection of the vehicle. Do not rely on TTDeck for emergency, safety-critical, anti-theft, or life-safety decisions.
Subject to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, you may use TTDeck for personal, lawful, read-only vehicle monitoring. You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass access controls, extract secrets from another user's device or server, overload any service, or use TTDeck to access data you are not authorized to access.
TTDeck may interact with a Companion Server, TeslaMate, Tesla services, Apple services, map display services, DNS providers, hosting providers, and other infrastructure you choose. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, security, policy changes, or data handling. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
TTDeck's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the privacy and security of data stored on your own Companion Server, TeslaMate, database, hosting account, and network.
If TTDeck offers paid downloads, in-app purchases, trials, subscriptions, or offer codes through the App Store, Apple's payment and refund rules apply. Do not use any non-App-Store payment mechanism for digital features unless it is expressly allowed by Apple's current rules for the storefront and feature involved.
Vehicle data may be delayed, stale, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong because of network issues, TeslaMate configuration, Tesla API behavior, Companion Server errors, token issues, sleep states, missing source fields, or other causes. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features where needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTDeck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of vehicle availability, loss of profits, service interruption, or security incidents caused by your own infrastructure or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
TTDeck, its app design, code, text, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors, except for open-source or third-party components governed by their own licenses. Tesla and TeslaMate names are used only to identify compatible services and remain the property of their respective owners.
You may stop using TTDeck at any time. We may suspend support or access to any developer-operated service if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.
We may update these terms when the app, business model, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
